AWS, Google Cloud Launch Joint Multicloud Networking

AWS and Google Cloud launched a jointly engineered multicloud networking service enabling private, high-speed links between platforms within minutes. Integrating AWS Interconnect-multicloud with Google’s Cross-Cloud Interconnect, it automates setup via console or API. Offering 1–100 Gbps bandwidth, MACsec encryption, and quad redundancy, it’s in preview across five AWS Regions, with Azure support in 2026. Salesforce praised its seamless cross-cloud data unification.
