Modulus Housing, a Chennai-based modular construction firm, raised Rs 70 crore ($7.83M) in Series A funding from Kalaari Capital, Hero, and Samarthya. Founded in 2018, it uses a cloud manufacturing network for low-rise infrastructure, reporting Rs 200+ crore revenue with 38% FY24 growth. The funds will expand markets, boost R&D, and scale operations. It has built 1,500+ buildings across 21 Indian states and Africa.
