Bengaluru-based Mitigata has secured $5.9 million in Series A funding, led by Nexus Venture Partners with participation from Titan Capital and WEH Ventures. The funding will be used to enhance its AI-driven platform, expand cyber resilience services, and scale operations both in India and international markets. Mitigata offers a full-stack cyber resilience platform, integrating cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and cyber insurance into a single AI-powered solution. It serves over 500 enterprises across 25 sectors and is also India’s first IRDAI-regulated insurance broker dedicated solely to cyber insurance. The company plans to set up three global security operations centers in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi, while expanding its security, insurance, and compliance teams to meet rising demand. For Nexus Venture Partners, this investment comes as it looks to raise $700 million for its eighth fund, matching the size of its previous fund closed in March 2023.
