Delhivery tests VTOL drones for faster rural medical delivery

Delhivery successfully conducted a trial of its autonomous VTOL logistics drone in Deoria, Uttar Pradesh, delivering medicines over a 12 km route in 12 minutes versus 40 minutes by road. The drone, part of a prototype fleet, carries up to 5 kg with a 60–90 km range per charge. A 20 kg capacity model is under development to enhance rural delivery and job opportunities.
