Funds will support U.S. expansion, new digital products, and fund administration platform scaling. Partnering with Schwab, Qapita will offer equity management services for U.S. private companies. Founded by Ravi Ravulaparthi, Lakshman Gupta, and Vamsee Mohan, Qapita serves 2,400+ companies across 60 countries.
