Founded by Bhaktha Keshavachar, Mahalingam Koushik, and Ravi Prasad, Chara specializes in rare-earth-free electric motors using synchronous reluctance architecture, 15-20% more cost-effective. Funds will support a new factory and technology enhancement. Serving 100 customers including Greaves Cotton, Chara targets 6x growth by FY26 and 40,000 motors by FY27.
