Cloudflare teams up with Visa, Mastercard, & Amex to secure AI shopping

Cloudflare has partnered with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express to launch Web Bot Auth, a protocol for verifying AI agent legitimacy in online commerce. Visa, Mastercard, and Amex will integrate it into their intelligent payment platforms. Backed by Adyen and Shopify, it enables merchants to authenticate AI interactions securely.
