Sophrosyne Technologies, a Bengaluru-based semiconductor startup, raised $2 million in seed funding led by Bluehill.VC, after receiving a $1.2 million MeitY DLI grant. Founded by Manish Srivastava and Jatin Gupta, it builds biosensing SoCs for wearables that monitor ECG, PPG, respiration, and temperature efficiently. The funds will aid product development, OEM partnerships, and global expansion.
