NVIDIA Partners with Groq to Boost AI Inference Capabilities

NVIDIA licenses Groq’s technology and hires key personnel, including founder Jonathan Ross. Ross, formerly of Google’s TPU development, will help NVIDIA scale its inference technology. Groq remains independent, with Simon Edwards as CEO. This move may strengthen NVIDIA’s position in low-latency AI inference without a full acquisition.
