boAt refiled its DRHP with SEBI, revising its IPO size to ₹1,500 Cr, including a ₹500 Cr fresh issue and a ₹1,000 Cr offer for sale. Warburg Pincus will sell ₹500 Cr in shares, Fireside ₹150 Cr, Qualcomm ₹50 Cr, while founders Aman Gupta and Sameer Mehta offload ₹225 Cr and ₹75 Cr. Funds will go toward working capital and brand building.
