Samsung Electronics unveiled its next-generation AI ecosystem at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, outlining a strategy that embeds intelligence across displays, mobile devices, and home appliances. Under the theme “Companion to AI Living,” the company emphasized seamless integration through its SmartThings platform, which now connects over 430 million users globally. TM Roh, head of Samsung’s Device Experience Division, said the goal is to create “a more unified and personal experience” powered by on-device and connected AI.
On the display front, Samsung introduced a 130-inch Micro RGB TV featuring an AI-powered Micro RGB Engine Pro for precise color optimization and glare-free viewing. Its 2026 TV lineup spanning Micro LED, OLED, Neo QLED, and UHD models integrates Vision AI Companion, allowing conversational control and personalized content suggestions. The integration of Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity enhances real-time, context-aware engagement.
In home technology, Samsung presented the new Family Hub refrigerator equipped with Google Gemini for advanced food recognition, along with AI-driven appliances like the Bespoke AI Laundry Combo and Jet Bot Steam Ultra vacuum. The company highlighted plans to integrate health data from wearables and devices to enable proactive monitoring, including early dementia detection.
Security remains central to this connected vision, with Samsung Knox and Knox Matrix providing multilayer protection for users’ data and devices as the company positions itself at the forefront of intelligent living.
