RoadGrid, an EV charging startup, raised Rs 12 crore ($1.33 million) in pre-Series A funding led by Venture Catalysts. Investors include Kamal Puri (Skyline Group) and LetsVenture. The funds will scale manufacturing, expand software, and deploy charging stations. RoadGrid builds universal EV chargers for two, three, and four-wheelers, alongside a cloud-based platform for managing charging. They manufacture chargers for EV OEMs and operate public stations, with deployments in Indore, Noida, and IOCL sites, claiming a pipeline of 1,000+ chargers and supporting Euler Motors and VinFast.
