Aivar, an AI services startup, has raised $4.6 million in seed funding led by Sorin Investments, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners. Founded in 2024 by Kousik Rajendran, Praveen Jayakumar, Ashwin Ram Ravichandran, and Aadharsh Ayappan, Aivar will use the funds to expand across India, the US, and the Middle East and invest in AI accelerators. Aivar focuses on custom AI engineering, offering solutions like Convogent AI, Velogent AI, and Kubogent AI. A logistics SaaS firm used Aivar’s Velogent to automate contract workflows.
