AssetPlus, a wealth-tech startup based in Chennai, has secured $19.3 million in a funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from Eight Roads Ventures and Rainmatter Fund. Founded by Vishranth Suresh and Awanish Raj, AssetPlus will use the capital to enhance its tech and product offerings. The company provides a digital platform for Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) and investors, managing over Rs 7,250 crore in assets. AssetPlus plans to introduce PMS and global investment options via GIFT City. It reported Rs 33.9 crore in revenue and a Rs 21 crore net loss for FY25.
