Founded by Rahool Sureka and Ankit Khemka, it targets India’s $60B resale housing market using AI pricing, a 90-day sale guarantee, and Broker AI. Funds will scale tech, operations, and raise monthly GMV from Rs 10 crore to Rs 100 crore.
