Ant Group launched LingGuang, China’s first multimodal AI assistant with code-driven outputs, on November 19, 2025. The mobile app generates interactive webpages featuring visuals, charts, 3D models, animations, and editable mini-apps from natural language prompts, moving beyond text-only chats.
Key features include Flash App, which builds functional tools like fitness trackers or budget planners in about 30 seconds, and AGI Camera for real-time photo or video analysis with voice-editing. Designed for high information density, it supports tasks from travel planning to 3D explorations of concepts like quantum entanglement.
The app exploded in popularity, surpassing 1 million downloads in four days and reaching 2 million within six, topping China’s free app charts. Ant’s Inclusion AI team positions it as an efficiency tool, not a companion AI, backed by trillion-parameter models in their AGI push.
Available on Apple App Store and major Android stores, LingGuang lowers barriers for non-technical users to create apps, with plans for a mini-app marketplace.
