Wipro Limited, a leading AI-powered technology services and consulting company, has completed its acquisition of the Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business unit from HARMAN, following regulatory approvals. The deal, first announced on August 21, 2025, brings DTS under Wipro’s Engineering Global Business Line, marking a pivotal step in advancing AI capabilities, engineering innovation, and R&D excellence.
DTS brings deep expertise in product engineering, digital transformation services, embodied AI, embedded software, device engineering, and customer experience platforms. The integration will combine DTS’s strengths with Wipro’s consulting-led, AI-powered approach and its Wipro Intelligence™ suite, enabling the delivery of differentiated, connected next-generation experiences. This positions Wipro as a global leader in engineering services.
