ROHM and Tata Electronics have partnered to manufacture semiconductors in India, targeting both local and global markets. Tata Electronics will assemble and test ROHM’s automotive-grade Si MOSFETs. Both companies will also explore co-developing high-value packaging technologies. This supports India’s “Make in India” initiative, aiming to boost domestic semiconductor production and supply chain resilience, serving sectors like automotive and IoT.
