FirstCry Parent Brainbees Acquires KA Hygiene to Expand Hygiene Products Business

Brainbees Solutions, FirstCry’s parent, is acquiring K.A. Enterprises (Hygiene) via its Swara Baby subsidiary, expanding its hygiene segment presence. Swara Baby will acquire 100% equity in KA Hygiene through a Rs 57.74 crore share swap. KA Hygiene reported Rs 84.01 crore revenue in FY25. The acquisition is expected by year-end.
