33&Brew, a vinyl-themed microbrewery founded by Karthik Chandrasekaran, secured Rs 20 crore ($2.2 million) in Series A funding led by Optimistic Capital. This investment, part of Optimistic Capital’s Rs 200 crore beer-focused fund, will support expansion and craft beer operations. 33&Brew uniquely combines craft beer with a curated vinyl collection, offering a progressive Indian menu conceptualized with chef Sabyasachi Gorai. Optimistic Capital, dedicated to the craft beer sector, aims to invest in additional microbreweries in Bengaluru. This fusion differentiates 33&Brew in Bengaluru’s brewery market.
